Chase Ray Baker passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his parents on June 15, 2009.
Chase Ray was born on April 1, 2009. During his ten short weeks on earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. His life was a brief gift to us that will live on as his organs were donated and received by other babies in need.
Chase Ray Baker is the son of Lauren Butler and Trenton Baker of Lincoln, Calif.
Chase is survived by his big sister Madison Baker, maternal grandparents Carrie & Jon Rykert, maternal grandfather Rick Butler; paternal grandparents Terry Baker and Tammy Fullmer; great grandparents Vern and Marie Aguiar, great grandmother Lucille Butler; cousins and many aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 19, 2009, 11 a.m. at The Heritage Church, Hwy 65 Lincoln, CA. The services will be open to all family and friends.
