I don't remember my sister. She died when I was 3 years old. My mom used to talk about her, how cute she was. My mom missed her alot thru the years. She used to tell me stories about her, and that maybe she would have looked like me when she grew up.

Before my mother passed in 1999, she told me that she wanted to find Theresa's grave. That she hadn't been there since my little sister died. But it was too late, my mother passed before she could keep that promise. So I made it my mission. In 2001, my family and I drove to Albuquerque, New Mexico and searched for Theresa's grave with my Uncle and his family. We found it in about a 2 hour time frame. She is buried in the baby section with alot of unmarked graves, but luckily I did find her buried between two marked graves. The cemetary did have records of her dating back to 1973. I fulfilled my mother's wish and placed flowers on her grave. Sadly though, my sister has no headstone. Hopefully someday, when I have the money, I can get her a beautiful headstone. I did this for my mother. It would have made her happy.

My sister is the daughter of Paul and Catarina Bosquez. She is preceded in death by her mother Catarina in November 1999 and her brother Paul in October 1998, Grandparents Florela & George Benavidez and Julian & Maria Bosquez, Aunty Rosemary, and Uncle Reuben. She leaves behind her dad Paul and 2 sisters Paula and Yvonne, nieces Amber, Mariah, Ciera and Jessica, nephews Corey and Antonio (Paul Jr) and Little Richard.

She never had the chance to experience life. She died of sudden crib death, peacefully in my mothers arms. Her death created a sad journey for my mother. My mom suffered a broken heart for many years.
The Lord must have had a special mission for her. She is now with our mom and brother, celebrating a new life in heaven. Until we meet again.....

My father never did get to meet Theresa, my parents separated in 1973, when my mother gave birth. Only 2 months later, baby Theresa died. My dad was too far away to attend the funeral, but he does say today that he wishes he could have met her and that he regrets all that has happened. I plan to take him to her grave in the near future, so that he can pay his respects and visit his last daughter. Life is so hard for my daddy, he can't tell me enough to love those around you and never take them for granted. He suffers with every breath he takes and hopes that his bad decisions and mistakes will teach his children and grandchildren not to take life for granted. I love my dad and mom, brother and sisters with all that am, they will always be a part of me.
