She was born March 4, 1914 in Benton County to James Horace and Pearl Bolain Walker.
She was a member of Brush Creek Baptist Church where she was active for many years. She enjoyed doing her Arts and Craft Flowers. Roxie worked with her husband tending their farm and fruit stand.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ed Neal in 1975 and brother, Roe Otto Walker.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Roy Hummel, Sue Tolbert, Ann Luker, Robert Walker, Lewis Neal, Norman Walker, and Jimmy Hummel.
Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 20, 2012 at Elm Springs Cemetery with Rev. Terry Eaton officiating.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 P.M. till 4:00 P.M. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
