John Anthony "Ruby" Aiello

Mr. Aiello passed away on February 15, 2004 at Diamond Ridge Healthcare Center in Pittsburg at the age of 87. Born November 17, 1916 in Pittsburg to Frank and Rosa Aiello. He was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Elks Lodge of Pittsburg #1474, WWII Navy Veteran, worked 24 years for Shell Chemical Company, enjoyed hunting and dancing. Survived by his wife of 53 years, Rose Aiello, sisters, Nita Esposito, and Sarah Enea. Preceded in death by his brothers Frank, Joseph, and Tony Aiello, Sister, Mary Pappas-Rivera.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 02/18/2004 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Mass will be held Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Pittsburg. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
