The Oklahoman, Tuesday, Feb 11, 1936:
--Mrs Owen F Renegar--Mrs Valeria Monica Renegar, 39 year old wife of Owen F Renegar, Oklahoma City attorney, died Monday in a city hospital where she had been a patient ten days. Death was attributed to a blood deficiency.

Mrs Renegar, a state resident all her life, had lived in Oklahoma City 10 years. The family moved here from Cordell where Reneger was formerly a judge. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church, the Parent-Teacher Association, the Cooperetetts and the Cordell Club.

Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Geraldine and Jeanette; and two sons, Owen Jr and James, all of the home; three sisters, and two brothers; and her parents, Mr and Mrs J M Hardesty, all of Cushing.

Arrangements will be made at Watts & McAtee Funeral Home.
