She was born January 19, 1925 in Madison County and was the daughter of the late James and Bertha Webb Conner. She was a retired cook at the Irvine Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of the Outreach Church and had lived in Estill County most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Goosey.
