Josie Onilee Cooper, age 90 of the Burlington Care Center passed away at 11:35 AM Thursday, January 17, 2002 at the Care Center. Born November 11, 1911 in Vermont, IL she was the daughter of John Henry and Josie Melvina Watson Clark. She married William C. Cooper July 1, 1934 in Cuba, IL. He preceded her is death. Mrs. Cooper worked in the Service Repair Department for W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co. for 36 years retiring in 1976. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fort Madison. Survivors include one brother, Robert W. (Bonnie) Clark of Burlington and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. The body of Mrs. Cooper has been cremated. The Memorial Graveside Committal Service and Inurnment for Mrs. Cooper will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 23, at Meyers Cemetery in Pontoosuc, IL
