Percy Lowell Brougher, 68, a Bell Gardens resident for 30 years, died Friday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Long Beach.
Mr. Brougher, of 6034 Gallant St., Bell Gardens, will be buried tomorrow at Park Lawn Cemetery. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. at the J.G. Allen Mortuary Chapel, with Rev. H.R. Richard officiating.
Mr. Brougher, a native of North Dakota, arrived in California 35 years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Olga; a [step] daughter, Mrs. Pauline Burkindine of Bell Gardens; sisters, Jessie Bratz, Bernice Hium and Helen Gilbert; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
