Howard died at Spencer Hospital of a heart attack.
Funeral services were at Robert Waid Funeral Home in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
He is entombed at Roselawn Mausoleum, Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery on the road to Conneaut Lake.
