Julia (Rogers) Chase was the daughter of Eli Rogers. She was the 1st wife of Rev. Squire Chase. They were married about 1825. He was a minister in the Genesee Conference, Oneida Conference, Black River Conference and Liberia Mission Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
