Thomas was the son of James Henry Bush and Estella D. Campbell. He married Helena Shawhan Nolin Fugate, December 25, 1913 in Covington, Kenton Co.,Kentucky. Thomas was a coal agent with the C&O Railroad. His middle name came as an honor to the Dr. Violette that helped bring him in to the world. I don't know whether they had any children or not??
