St. Albans, VT /Corinth, VT: Todd M "Bear" Tufts 47 passed away at his home on July 30, 2012, surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Marlboro, MA, Dec. 26, 1964 son of the late Wendell A. Tufts, Jr. and Patricia (Saben) Tufts.
Todd enjoyed spending time with his wife of 13 years, his dog Rodrick, his cat, playing on line poker, dirt fishing and taking rides with his wife. While Todd was living in Corinth he landed a part in the movie "Beatle Juice". Todd attended schools in Maine and then went on to the Job Corp. Todd was most recently employed as a drywall sanding contractor by many area businesses. He was very highly thought of by those he worked with and for. Prior to this he did many odd jobs and also worked at the St Albans Messenger and Burlington free press.
He is survived by his wife Kathryn (Chagnon) Tufts, children, Lori M. Moulton, Steven J. Moulton and Travis H. Bugbee, his brothers, Brian S. Tufts and his partner Pam H. Latimer of White River Jct., Douglas A. Tufts and his wife Kathryn (Simms) Tufts of Bradford and Dean A. Tufts and his wife Barbara (Taylor) Tufts of No. Windham, CT. A sister Brenda L. Wakefield and husband Jody of White River Jct.
In addition to his parents, Todd is predeceased by his brothers Blaine C. Tufts and Darren P. Tufts.
