Ballor, Leonard B. Linwood, Michigan Mr. Ballor, age 85, died Sunday, July 2, 2006 at his home. Leonard was born in Linwood, on October 15, 1920 to the late Edward J. & Amanda (Metevia) Ballor. He married Maxine F. Amley on May 4, 1946 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Linwood, she preceded him in death in 2004. He was a life long member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Leonard was a co-owner of Linwood-Kawkawlin Lumber Company, and he retired from Kawkawlin Township as zoning & building inspector in 2003. Leonard served in the US Army during WWII in the Pacific Theater. Mr. Ballor is survived by his five children.
Rite of Committal was in St. Anne's Catholic Church Cemetery. Military honors was provided by VFW post #6950.
