Funeral services for Mrs Lizzie Bowling, age 71, who died at her home in Madison county Wednesday after an illness of five weeks, were held Thursay at 3 o'clock at Gordon Chapel.
Mrs Bowling was born in Oglethorpe county and had lived in Madison county for four years. She was a member of the Baptist church. Interment followed in the Gordon Chapel cemetery, Bernstein Brothers funeral home in charge.
She is survived by her husband, M L Bowling, and one sister, Mrs Corine Lisppee, and three brothers, Messrs James A Epps, Thomas Epps, and William Epps.
