Born in Logan-sport, she was the proud owner of Dianna's Family Hair Care for eight years. She was a member of Gracepoint Church of the Nazerene and Eastern Star. "She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was very caring, passionate and devoted to all who knew her." Surviving are her husband, Scott Allen; daughters, Brittney (Warren Barrand) Fox, Bethany (Jon Lambert) Allen and Breiana Allen all of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Andrew Allen and Ava Barrand; mother, Patricia Sherrill; brothers, Steve Sherrill and Craig (Deb) Sherrill both of Fort Wayne; beloved dogs, Butterscotch, Buttercup, Butterum and Gizmo. She was preceded in death by father, Lewis Ray Sherrill; father in law, Crandall Allen Sr.; and nephew, Jordan Allen. Funeral Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Grace Point Church of the Nazerene, 8611 Mayhew Rd. with calling one hour prior. Rev. Rex Person officiating.
