Carolyn Terry Addison Carolyn Terry Addison, age 68, passed away peacefully at her home on July 22, 2002 in West Valley City, Utah. Carolyn was born December 26, 1933 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ernest LeRoy Terry and Blanche Charlotte Peck Terry. She graduated from West High School. Carolyn married Ira M. Addison on August 29, 1963 in Reno, Nevada. She enjoyed working at Pioneer Valley Hospital and O.C. Tanner. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren. We Love You Mom and We Will Miss You Dearly! Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Cathy (Gordon) Clark, Vickie, CA and Suzanne (Richard) Knight; sons, Kirk (Barbara) Anderson and Terry (Gigi) Addison; sisters, Faye (Steve) Bleak and Carol Anderson; brothers, Don and Bob Pearson, and nine grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ira M. Addison and her parents. The family would like to thank CareSource, Dr. Francis and Dr. Gonzalez. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 26, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harmon Ward, 4634 West Harmon Drive, West Valley City. The family will receive friends at a viewing Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, and Friday one hour prior to the service at the Ward.
