Jessie Blandena Attaway, age 88, of Stone Mountain, GA died Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Dena was born in Elberton, GA on July 10, 1923 to Edwin Cleveland Clark and Callie Alma Clark. She was one of seven children and is survived by one sister, Martha Fowler of Elberton, GA. She thoroughly enjoyed being a Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and will be missed by all who loved her. Dena was a long time member of Mountain Park Baptist Church and was a very active member until her eye site began to fail her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Emory B. Attaway and daughter, Wanda E. Roberson. She is survived by her son, Marvin D. Attaway (Elaine) of Lilburn, GA, daughters, Betty A. Jackson of Stone Mountain, GA and Linda A. Maloney (Jim) of Snellville, GA, 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
