Funeral Services for Peg Albin, age 96, of Plainview will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 24th at the First United Congregational Church of Christ with burial in the Danish Cemetery of rural Brunswick. Peg was Born August 29th, 1925 in Foster, Nebraska and passed away November 21, 2021 at Plainview, Nebraska. Peg's life simply can't be put into words as she left an impact on everyone that knew her. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grand mother, sister, neighbor and friend.
Peg was preceded in death by her parents; Oakley and Alta (Grebe) Holmes; her husband, Earl Albin; granddaughter, Carrie Thomas; brothers, Clair, Bill & Joray; sister, Betty; son-in-law, Wally Jernigan; along with many other brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
Peg is survived by her daughters: Sandy Jernigan, Ladonna (Gene) Thomas, & Nadine Ault; grandchildren: Michael (Robyn) Jernigan, Ryan (Jennifer) Nootz, Stacey (Justin) Roach, Kevin (Mallory) Reis; great-grandchildren: Gable, Gibson, & Griffey Jernigan; Kael & Ryker Roach; Avery & Callie Reis; brother-in-law, Bud Albin; Sister-in-laws, Mardelle Miller, Shirley (Lon) Heldt, & Helen Holmes; as well as many nieces, nephews, and host of friends.
