Dorothy Belle Dittman, 46, sister of a Reno resident, died Sunday afternoon August 1, 1993, in the Clarion Care Center, where she had been a resident since 1980. Born June 24, 1947, in Lamartine, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Dorothy Beals Dittman. Miss. Dittman was a 1965 graduate of Keystone High School. She was a lifelong member of the Salem United Church of Christ where she sang in the choir. surviving are nine brothers, Lawrence J. Dittman of Forestville, MD; Robert E. Dittman of Dallas, Texas; Walter E. Dittman of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Donald E. Dittman of Warren, Ohio; William R. Dittman of New Bern, NC; Harry A. Dittman of Cleveland, Ohio; Eugene E. Dittman of Newton Falls, Ohio; Kenneth D. Dittman of Hagerstown, MD;;; John Dittman of Norwick, NY; two sisters, Mrs. Daryl (Mary Jane) Mullen of Emlenton and Mrs. Robert (Nancy) McClintock of Reno; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded on death by a brother, David Dittman, an infant sister, a niece and a nephew. Friends may call rom 7-9 today and from 2-4 and 7-9 Tuesday in the Crisswell Gardinier Funeral Home, 608 Main Street, Emlenton. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday in the Salem United Church of Christ at Lamartine. The Rev. Jay Vogelaar, church minister, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery.
