Col. P. F. Faison, an inspector in the Indian service, died at Shawnee, Okla., Wednesday. He was a North Carolinian, a graduate of West Point, a confederate veteran and a man of wide popularity. His home was at Raleigh, where the funeral will take place Monday. His widow, who is a daughter of the late United States Senator Badger, and a large family survive him.
