Frank Irving whose death occurred December 7 was born November 20, 1849 at Wyoming, Pennsylvania. On March 23, 1875, he was united in marriage to Miss Emma Dolph. To this union three children were born. Bessie, who died in infancy; Mrs. Myrtle Slimm of Bridgeport, Nebraska and Mrs. Laura Elsess of this city. Mr. Irving was a homesteader near Bridgeport and was the first County Treasurer of Morrill County. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Bridgeport. In 1912, Mr. Irving with his family moved to Kalispell where he lived until his death which occurred very suddenly Monday morning at the home of his daughter Mrs. Elsass. Interment will be made at Bridgeport beside his wife who died in 1905.
