Born in Brigham City, Utah, on September 7, 1961, she has now joined mom and dad, James J. and Ruby W. Johnson.
Sharlene graduated from the Intermountain Indian School in 1980. She later went to Lawrence, Kansas to attend Haskell Indian College and there she met Ron Antone, whom she later married on February 13, 2003.
After Sharlene and Ron moved to Utah, she began her career work for the Federal Government, starting at the Intermountain Indian School in Brigham City and then after the school had closed, she began her current employment with the IRS, working at the Ogden Campus, where she was still currently employed as a Contact Representative.
Sharlene and Ron had many friends while living in Kansas and then Utah. She also enjoyed attending local annual powwows and going to watch movies with her daughters. She had a great love for her kids and was especially proud of her grandkids, often sending pics of them to everyone when she received them herself.
Sharlene is survived by her husband Ron Antone; sons: Ronald L. Johnson (Mavis) and Darrell Antone (Trina), both of Phoenix, AZ; daughters: Alyssa Antone (Franky), Phoenix, AZ, and Sarah Antone (Beto) of Ogden, UT, 6 grandchildren, Marisa, Julia, Halle, Kaden, Melina and Lyniah, brother, James Jr. (Dolly) of Ogden, UT, and sister, Valerie Johnson of Naschitti, NM.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James J. and Ruby W. Johnson.
