Bill was the son of Martin P. and Tillie May (Grigsby) LeRoy. Bill was born in Santa Monica and moved to Fresno with his siblings. Bill enlisted the Army, in 1940-1947. When he left the Army, he met Virginia and they were married. They bought a Horse farm and Bill was a Butcher at the O'Neill Meat Company. They trained and raced horses on the farm. Bill's passing follows his parents. He is survived by his wife Virginia, his son David, his daughter Konnie, his sisters Louise, Bernice, Myra and Kathy, brothers Bob, Dick, Bernie, Ken and Jim. His grandson Chad.
