Dennis is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandi Jackson; daughter, Julie Costa (Herb), son Ryan Jackson (Heather); parents, J. W. and Dona Jackson; brothers , James (Kay), Michael (Jean), Greg (Caroline), several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sandi would like to thank the ACI Oncology staff at Memorial Health. Also a special thanks to Patty Aiken, for being Dennis' shoulder and friend and his favorite nurse, Monique, who were 2 exceptional people. And to the Hospice nurses for the care and support they gave to not only Dennis, but to the whole family.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2008 at Fairhaven Funeral Home. Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Living Faith Church of God on Ga. 30 with Pastor Shawn Faircloth and Pastor Gordon Dukes officiating. Burial: Forest Lawn Memory Garden.
