Deborah K. Fulcher "Nannie-O" Bullins, 55, of 15 Circle Drive, Martinsville, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville.

She was born in Martinsville on Feb. 9, 1951, to James Auburn Fulcher of Martinsville and Helen Wilkerson Fulcher. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, James David Fulcher.

She was a 1969 graduate of Martinsville High School and was a member of Freedom Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her father, are her husband, David Ray "Bull" Bullins of the home; two daughters, Ginger Renee Lewis of Martinsville and Pam Elizabeth Curry of Axton; two stepdaughters, Patsy Ann Cole of Martinsville and Wendy Lynn Stallard of Ridgeway; a son, James David Bullins of Shreveport, La.; a sister, Diane Irvine of Ridgeway; two brothers, Daniel Fulcher of Ridgeway and Douglas Fulcher of Martinsville; two grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Community Funeral Service chapel with the Rev. Gary Shupe officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Burial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home and other times at the home.
