Deceased Name: Sally McGarvey of Exton
Sally McGarvey of Exton passed away on Monday, Nov. 17, 2008.
She was born in Norristown, and was the wife of the late Howard M. McGarvey Jr.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Lionville, and a member of the Women's Auxiliary of Chester County Hospital.
Sally is survived by Kimberly McGarvey and Doug Wray of Shillington, Susan A. McGarvey of Malvern, Trip and Roseann McGarvey of Bozrah, Conn., Anne and Rob Quivey of Webster, N.Y., Sarah and Barrett Parker of Waynesville, Mo.; and seven grandchildren, Joshua Quivey, Erin and Casey McGarvey, Jeffrey Wray, and David, Kaitlyn and Grace Parker.
Life celebration services will be on Sat., Nov. 22, at noon with visitation time from 10:30 a.m. to noon, all being held at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, 181 Sharp Lane, Exton.
Interment will follow in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer.
Memorial contributions in Sally's name may be made to the Chester County Hospital, 701 E. Marshall St., West Chester, PA 19380.
There will be a reception at the church following the interment.
