MASSILLON-Mrs. Emma Matilda Schrock, 87, of 413 6th st SW, died late Wednesday afternoon at her home after a 10-day illness. She was the widow of William Schrock of Massillon, a Massillon contractor for many years. Mrs. Schrock had lived in Massillon since birth.
She attended Faith Lutheran Church in Massillon until recently. She leaves one daughter, Mrs. Herman J. Albrecht of Cleveland; one son, Per Lee Schrock of Massillon; one sister, Mrs. Amanda Simmons of Akron; two brothers, Champ of Canal Fulton and Alvin Simmons of Los Angeles, Calif.; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Arnold-Lynch funeral home, with Rev. Clyde Miller in charge. Burial will be in the mausoleum at Massillon City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
