Ola Christie was the daughter of Charles J. Christie and Martha A. Davis Christie. She was first married to William Berry Kemp and they had one daughter, Osiana Kemp b.June 08,1908. Her second marriage was to Lewis Ash on Feb.19,1913 in Gainesville, Alachua,Fl. They had ten children that did not die as infants and lived to adulthood. They were: Roy Ash b.July 15, 1915, Fred Ash b.Nov. 22, 1916, Cordia Ash b.June 24,1918, Jimmie Ash b.Feb.22, 1919, Palmer Ash b.Nov.24, 1921, Martha Ash b.Dec. 05, 1923, Carrie Ash b.June24,1925, Ammie Ash b.Apr. 12,1928, Sadie Ash b.Feb.16,1930, and Lonnie Felton Ash b. July 01, 1935.
