MAUDE LUCE
Services were Saturday at the Methodist Church, for Mrs. Maude Luce, 81, Oskaloosa, who died Thursday in Wnchester hospital.
She was born Nov. 23, 1885 in Atchison County and had lived in the Oskaloosa community since 1919. She was a member of the Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star, both at Oskaloosa.
Survivors include a son, William Luce, Kansas City, Mo., a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Gardiner, Oskaloosa; a brother, John Blunt, Hutchinson; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Burial was in Pleasant View Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge.
