Thelma Hankins age 88 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away Saturday September 3, 2011 in the Medical Center of Bowling Green. She was born Lee County, Kentucky on December 31, 1922 to the late Morton and Laura Jane Thomas Land. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Hankins and 2 Sons Gary Wendell Hankins and Charles Mitchell Hankins. Thelma retired from Rockwell and was a member of Logan Mills Emanuel Church of Christ and is survived by: 1 Son – Eddie Hankins Grandson – Anthony Hankins and Margie of Morgantown, Kentucky
Funeral Services for Thelma Hankins will be conducted Wednesday September 7, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Sister Linda Sears officiating and burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. until funeral time at 2:00 P.M.
