Christine Ann (Spacek) Bard, 68, of Quarryville, entered into rest on Sunday, July 15, 2012 under hospice care. Born in Quakertown, Pa. she was a daughter of the late Charles J. and Mary Sue (Radosinsky) Spacek. She was the wife of the late Ronald E. Bard who died in 2007.

After graduating from Souderton High School, Christine went to Lock Haven, Millersville and Wilkes College graduating with a teaching degree in Physical Education and taught in the Columbia School district for over 25 years. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church in Quarryville where she taught after school bible study and Sunday school. Christine loved to surround herself with her family and many dear friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Jena, wife of Eric Feltch of Quarryville, two grandchildren, two sisters a brother along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Memorial United Methodist Church, 109 S. Hess St., Quarryville, PA at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in New Providence Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the church one hour prior to the service.
