Samuel Chase of American Fork Passed Away
Friends of Samuel Chase of American will learn with regret of his death, which occurred at Holy Cross Hospital at noon yesterday as the result of an attack appendicitis. Mr. Chase was stricken with the disease a week ago and came to Salt Lake on Tuesday last to have an operation performed. For a time he seemed to be getting along nicely but a change for the worse set in and he passed away. Funeral services will be held at his late home in American Fork on Wednesday.
