Survivors are his wife three sons, Darvin, James and Gary, and two daughters, Linda Lee and Glorine Fay, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Ackerman; two brothers, Theophil and Calvin of Mound City and four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Gatzke of Mobridge, Mrs. Albert Schneider of Java, Mrs. Robert Neumiller of Glenham, and Mrs. Mkilton Deibert of Mound City.
His father preceded him in death.
