Mrs. Jenny Gowler, 65, died Sunday, May 12, 1946 at her residence, 10 Franklin apartments. She was a member of the Eastern Star chapter Queen Winnipeg No. 1, and grand treasurer of the grand chapter.

Survivors include her husband, Robert James Gowler, one brother, Jake Jordan of Swift Current, Sask., and one sister, Mrs. Mary Burrill of Tilston, Man.

Predeceased by: parents David Jordan and Mary Eliza Eamer Jordan; brothers Danial, Alex, Robert and David; sisters Isabella (Griffith), Annie (Anderson) and Edith.

The funeral service was held Thursday, May 16, 1946 at 2:45 p.m. at the Clark Leatherdale chapel. Dr. Crosley Hunter officiated and burial followed at Elmwood Cemetery.
