Sarah Bradford married Joseph Clyde in December 1869 in Bainbridge, County Down, Ireland. The were the parents of ten children...the eldest Alex was born in Ireland. Around 1875 the family moved to Scotland. Joseph was a coal miner in Glasgow, Scotland and in Airdrie, Scotland. Joseph later started his own drapery shop in Airdrie.
Sarah was the daughter of Joseph Bradford and Dinah.
