RONALD K. BRACE
Ronald K. Brace, 28, a resident of 201 Beech St., died Thursday morning at Putnam Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Manchester on Sept 16, 1948, he was the son of Henry and Myrtle (Morris) Brace. He received his education in Bennington schools.
Mr. Brace, a Marine Corps veteran, married the former Barbara Harrington on Aug 12, 1972 in Bennington.
Survivors besides his widow and father include; two daughters, Kari A. and Thressa D. of Bennington; a son, Robert K. of Bennington; a sister, Elizabeth Dawson of Bennington; one brother, Dion Brace of Bennington; an aunt, Flora Brace, Saratoga, N.Y.; two half brothers, Francis and Anton Snooks of England; two half sisters, Margaret Snooks of England and Bonnie Brace of White Creek, N.Y.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held from the Mahar & Son Funeral Home Saturday morning at 8:30 with a prayer and from Sacred Heart Church at 9 where the liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be offered.
Friends may call at the Mahar & Son Funeral Home Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9.
Burial will be in the family plot in White Chapel Cemetery, Bennington.
Should friends desire, contributions inhis memory may be made to the Vermont Heart Associiation through the funeral home office.
