Ricky Lyle Cornell, 52 years old of Clarks Hill, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012 at home after battling cancer.
He was born September 23, 1959 in Lafayette to David and Ruth (Royer) Cornell. They survive in Stockwell. He married Gayla Cuzzort in Lafayette in 1986. She survives.
He is also survived by a daughter, Cammie Cornell of Clarks Hill; a sister, Roxana Kendall of Lafayette and his grandsons, Andrew, Ryan and Liam.
He was preceded in death by a son, Joshua, and a brother, Gerry Cornell.
