Roy Wesley Kellums, 76, of Robstown was dead on arrival at 6 p.m. yesterday at a Sinton hospital after apparently suffering a heart attack. He was a native of Waterloo, Iowa, and had lived in Robstown 12 years. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Robstown Funeral Chapel with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Corpus Christi. Surviving are his wife; a son, Wesley of Torrington, Wyo.; two sisters, Mrs. Maude Richardson of Hay Springs, Neb., and Mrs. Ena Wolski of Torrington; three brothers, Lockwell Kellums of Ocala, Fla., Jack Kellums of Downey, Calif., and Clarence Kellums of Lyman, Neb.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
