The Daily Notes, Canonsburg PA, Thursday 07 May 1914, front page - MRS. AGNES CALDWELL, 86 YEARS OLD, IS DEAD - MRS. AGNES CALDWELL, widow of JOSEPH CALDWELL, died at her late home in Peters Township, near Thompsonville, Thursday afternoon, at 12.30. Mrs. Caldwell has been ill about six weeks. She had been a lifelong resident of Peters Township. Her husband died many years ago. She was in the 86th year of her age. Mrs. Caldwell is survived by three daughters, MRS. S. N. HOPPER of Cecil Township, MRS. W. P. HOPPER and MISS ADA, at home. Mrs. Caldwell had been a consistent member of the Center Presbyterian Church, and was probably the oldest member of that congregation. Funeral services will be held at Center Church on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in the burying ground adjoining the church.
