Mrs. and Mrs. Frank Hitchcock are well known to all our citizens. The husband a valued citizen, the wife a lady of many accomplishments. Both were members of the Episcopal Church. Mr. Hitchcock was the brother of Capt. Munson Hitchcock, recently deceased. He was a native of Maine, and his ? chandler store* has long been the pilot headquarters. As Chief Engineer of the Fire Department, Mr. Hitchcock won much renown for zeal, judgment and administrative talent. Mr. Hitchcock was a Mason. They leave several orphan children.
