BUCODA, Feb. 4. - Mrs. William Davies, an old and respected citizen of Bucoda, died at her residence here last Monday. Mrs. Davies was the wife of William Davies, who died about two months ago. The funeral was held at the family residence today at 2 o'clock, and was conducted by Rev. E. Hopkins, of South Union.

Mrs. Mary Davies, who died in Bucoda, Feb. 2, was born in South Wales, in 1827, and was 75 years of age at the time of her death. The funeral took place from the family residence in Bucoda, the services being conducted by Rev. E. Hopkins. Deceased was highly respected. Two sons remain to mourn her loss.
