Immigrated to America in 1912. Married Helen Domencia Forgione. They had three children. Helen passed in 1955 in Hanover, New Jersey. He moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where one of his daughters lived, Jennie Matarazzo Shaffer and her two daughters. Her husband John Emory Shaffer had died in 1950 in the Army. Hester, a beloved father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed softly into our Lord`s arm`s in St. Petersburg, Florida on June 24, 1972.
