Carson Lee Barrett, 2, of Ellerbe, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
The family will see friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe and at other times at the Weatherly home, 15 Melrose Dr., Pinehurst.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at McLean Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Stone officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Carson was born June 19, 2009, in Moore County.
Surviving are his parents, Charles V. Barrett of Monroe, Chrystal Weatherly of Ellerbe; brothers, Charles Barrett, Jr., Christian Barrett, Cameron Barrett, all of Ellerbe; grandparents, Tim and Linda Barrett of Apex, Hamp and Jewell Weatherly of Pinehurst; great grandparents, Wade and Winnie Weatherly of Hamlet, Betty Barrett of Mexico, M.E., and Mae Whaley of White Lake, N.C.
