Born on November 4, 1927 in Tennessee City, TN, she was the daughter of Claud and Virgina (Luther) Berryman. On November 29, 1947 she married Chester Hicks of Dawson Springs, Kentucky in Detroit, Michigan. She was the owner of Pop-In's of Birmingham. She enjoyed roses, refinishing antique furniture and had a talent for tailoring clothing. Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Surviving are 2 daughters, Brenda Molnar of Woodhaven, and Linda Kneefel of Livonia, 5 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
