Airzela Moon McKinney, age 52, of Corinth, KY and wife of John McKinney, Sr., died Saturday, March 29, 2008 at the Georgetown Community Hospital. She was born in Scott County, KY on December 5, 1955 to the late Harry Thomas Moon & Edith Alcorn Moon Mullikin. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church On The Rock in Stanton, KY.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children; Alvin Holder, Georgetown, KY, John McKinney, Jr., Grant Co., KY & Rose Marie Laswell, Nicholasville, KY, 7 grandchildren, a brother, Bobby Moon, Georgetown, KY, and sisters; Lula Townsend, Georgetown, KY, Linda Burton, Georgetown, KY, Martha Gray, Stanton, KY & Marcella McCall, Stanton, KY.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Diane Harrison & Pastor Willie Laswell officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery with Thomas Moon, Tony Joe Moon, William Vest, Alvin Holder, Norman Godbey & William McCarty as Pallbearers. Honorary bearers will be Glen Moon & Gene Moon. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1, 2008 from 5 to 8 at the funeral home.
