Daughter of Michael "Mitchell" Wolf (1847-1927) & Rebecca Catherine Hill Wolf (1847-1925) Her given name was Mary but she was always known a Nina. Her father immigrated to Texas in 1856 with his parents and family from Wurges, Bad Camberg, Germany, joining other German Catholic immigrants in the Rockne area of Bastrop County. His mother born in Missouri, was the daughter of early Bastrop settlers. The family farmed and ranched in Bastrop and Guadalupe Counties.

Nina married Arthur Charles Bolton (1878-1960) on 27 Nov 1905 in Guadalupe County. They were parents to two daughters and two sons.

By 1930, Nina and Charles was living in Bexar, County where they retired and passed away in 1954 and 1960. Burials were back Guadalupe County, near family members.
