Mary was survived by her husband Peter (Judge Brick), her brother George Mueller of Stillwater, a sister Mrs. P.J. Seberger of St Cloud, and 8 children. Step-children: Carl Brick of Butte, Montana; Dr. Leo Brick, of Great Falls, Montana; John Brick, Rainier, Oregon; Reuben Brick, Gary, Indiana; Catherine, Mrs Elizabeth Armstrong, St. Cloud; and Mary's children with Peter, Bayard Brick, St. Louis, Missouri and, Dr. Othmer P. Brick, St. Cloud, and 12 grandchildren.

Her first marriage was to Dr. Albert Fenner who died at age 27, in 1888. She married Peter Brick on 17 Dec 1891. She was the librarian in the St. Cloud public library for 33 years.
