She was born March 3, 1925 in Callahan, FL to the late Pasco and Wilma Braddock Jones. Family members include a daughter, Carol Ann Wise of Jacksonville; sons, Richard Quien, Jr. (Diane) of Erie, PA and John Quien (Kathy) of Strongville, OH; sisters, Carrie Alvarez and Emily Howard (Charles); four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands, Richard E. Quien, Sr. and Algyreen Brown; a brother; and three sisters. A Celebration of Ella s Life will be held Saturday, June 9 at 1pm at Lakeview Christian Fellowship, 8300 Merrill Road, Jacksonville, with Pastor Roger Taylor officiating. Additional services and interment will be held in Erie, PA. Memorials may be made to LCF Vacation Bible School Fund, 8300 Merrill Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32277. Arrangements are under the direction of the Scott Funeral Home in Erie, PA.
