LIBERTY J.S. "Johnny" Albright Jr., 77, of 4632 Starmount Road, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001, at his residence.

The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001, at Christs Way Church, 4401 Old Randleman Road, Greensboro. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.

Mr. Albright was born May 21, 1924, in Guilford County, to the late John Sheers Albright and Elsie Albright. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Mr. Albright was the owner and broker at Albright Realty for 37 years. He attended Christs Way Church.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 54 years, Lillian Kathleen Albright; daughter, Vickie Albright Howell of Greensboro; son, Wayne Jay Albright of Liberty; grandchildren, John Wayne Albright, Tonia Howell Morales and Jeffrey D. Albright; and great-grandchild, Austin Garner.
