Thelma was born in Coleman, Texas, to the late Truman C. and Gertrude A. (Calder) Ragsdale. She retired as a Q.A. Tech/Lead which manufactured night vision equipment for the military. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church since moving here in 2008 from Garland. She loved reading, gardening, and being a grandmother.
Thelma was preceded in death by a brother; sister; and a nephew.
She is survived by her daughter, Delaina Westing and husband, Tony, of Snohomish, Washington; grandsons, Brandt Westing, of Austin and Chase Westing, of Washington; brother, Truman Ragsdale, of Zephyr, TX; sisters, Dorothy Brown, of Colorado, Grace Bullock, of Temple, and Mary Meyer, of Rogers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
